Phone:
Call (920) 279-0155
We do not accept walk-in appointments. Weekend hours always fill up fast, so we will have more availability if you’re able to schedule an appointment during weekdays. However, we’ll do whatever we can to accommodate your schedule.
Snow Days
Unfortunately, tax season is during Wisconsin’s unpredictable winter weather . We are flexible with the need to reschedule if the roads get bad. We ask that you contact us if you are unable to make it to your appointment due to the weather.

Helpful Tax Resources
Wisconsin Homestead Credit
If you made under $24,680 in household income, please have your landlord fill out a Wisconsin Rent Certificate prior to your tax appointment. This is a substantial credit for lower income level families and is worth the few minutes it takes you to get the form filled out by your landlord. This credit is not available without a completed Rent Certificate or Property Tax Bill/Receipt.
Unemployment
If you received unemployment in 2024, go HERE to login and print your forms. The state of Wisconsin doesn’t mail these out anymore and I don’t have time to print everything when you get to your appointment.
Extensions
- Tax season runs January 27 – April 15, 2025
- Last day for appointments/drop-offs: March 31, 2025
- $50 rush fee per return after March 31
- Extensions incur additional fees
Important Notice:
- We cannot guarantee processing for returns submitted after the due date
- Limited exceptions available
- Our focus shifts to business clients after tax season
1099s for Digital Payments
Important: Digital Payment Reporting Requirements
New IRS requirements affect users of digital payment platforms (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Stripe, etc.):
- Payment platforms will issue Form 1099-K for qualifying transactions
- Even without a 1099-K, certain types of income remain taxable
Required for Your Appointment:
- Form 1099-K (if received)
- Complete transaction history from all payment platforms used
Note: Failure to report this income may result in IRS penalties and increased audit risk.
Child Placement/Custody Arrangements
Claiming Dependents on Your Tax Return

- Form 8332 signed by the custodial parent (available on IRS.gov)
Important:
